The Swaminarayan Museum is a visionary project conceived by Shri TejendraPrasadji Maharaj, who took voluntary retirement to dedicate himself to this divine mission. His dream encompassed a unified campus housing both the museum and temple, with careful arrangements to ensure its perpetual existence.
On his 60th birthday celebration, all proceeds were dedicated to this noble project, marking the beginning of this magnificent journey.

Today, this magnificent 175,000 sq. ft. mega complex, built upon 25,000 m2 at a cost of 10.5 million, stands as a testament to divine dedication. Housing exhibits dating back over 225 years, including personal belongings of Bhagwan Shree Swaminarayan, the museum creates an atmosphere of profound tranquility.
From the impressive porch to the central courtyard with its grey-brown granite floor and effervescent fountains, every element has been thoughtfully designed to create a serene experience.
